A quick note on payment and pickup timelines (fully automated)

• Late payment Interest: Please make sure to pay within 14 days of receiving the PI. From Day 15, interest is 1.5 percent per month. It is bundled quarterly and only applied once the cumulative amount exceeds USD 100. If your overdue balance exceeds USD 200, your account goes on automatic credit hold until cleared.
• FCA pickups: After we mark your order Ready to Pick Up, please collect within 14 calendar days. From Day 15, storage may apply at 1.5 percent per month. Storage fees are posted when the cumulative exceeds USD 100.
• Goodwill waivers (one-time, lifetime): Each partner has one fee waiver for late payment interest and one fee waiver for late pickup storage. You can apply a waiver directly in the Portal when a fee appears.
• Fully automated: All reminders, holds, fees, waivers, and acknowledgements are automated so no manual requests shall be entertained.
